Progress made on several fronts over the last week -
I finished up these 4 memory pillows for a customer made from her wedding dress. She's picking them up today and then I'll get paid the remainder of what she owes me.
4 more Christmas postcards made. The flowers were some of the 99 cent floral pics from Joanns.
And finally, I made this test block for a new quilt design.

Hello Moira. Your new design looks great even in tester fabrics! I love the little white triangles that are set in.
Those pillows are GORGEOUS! Memory pillows from wedding dresses are a great idea! I don't think I can cut up my wedding dress. My mom made it which makes it so special, but it does just hang in the closet. My girls chose to rent their wedding dresses. (It was not my idea).
Your memory pillows are such a great idea! Love that test block, too.

Thanks for the lovely complements on the pillows! My customer was the one with the idea but I do think it's a good one. Might eventually end up with another commission for the same kind of a project from a friend.
