This past week was spent in working on a commissioned quilt and getting the blocks together into rows and quilt sections. Next up on this project is getting the applique work on the center medallion completed so that I can put the full quilt together.
Next up were finishing off the outside edges and backs of these everyday postcards. These started off with a piece that had chicken scratch worked on it and then had sayings and words from a piece of fabric added to them.
Followed by finishing of 26 more Christmas postcards. These have already been sent to the salon of a friend where they are on display for sale.
The postcards used 'silk' flowers and leaves, fabrics, Christmas picks, drapery fringe, trim, buttons and ribbons.

Your postcards are so fun, hope they sell out quickly!
