Susan: Seam 74, Mama's Block
Not a lot done this week on this particular project, but I did get this seam I wanted to steal from Annie's post in the spring of 2008.
I really like the way it turned out, and haven't decided if I'm going to put anything in the diamond or not. I might put a sequin, but we'll see.

I like shiny! Must be I'm a magpie.
I like the colours and how the beads seem to repeat those in the shiny threads. Very pretty seam. Sparkly is good.
Nice one Susan. The thread colours and the beads colours go together perfectly. It's an interesting stitch combination. I haven't seen this crossover or weaving of the cretan stitch before.
(I vote for a sequin!)
I love the organized stitch between 2 pieces of lace. It really lets you focus on the detail. As always, I love your chosen colors, beads AND thread!
