it's going to be tough to finish July's block relying strictly on this month's and this week's TAST stitches so I may have to dive into the stitch stash for some ideas.

For those in my Stitch 12 group, remember the algerian eye stitch?

You know Debra thought I recognised the stitch may I "move on" please!!!

You betcha! I may move on too! A person can only have so much fun in one week! (*wink*)

I also think this is a bit challenging to do on regular fabric. It's a slamdunk on aida or evenweave, though.

Freeform Algerian....here I come.
I quite like this stitch, so I'm happy with the choice this week.
Carol, you will, I hope, show us what you did with this stitch in Stitch 12 group, won't you.

How could I resist?

Thank the Lord my fabric for the journal is mostly aida cloth!

You're a lucky girl Angela.

I did it on Sue, but didn't pull it to make the hole...don't want holes. It worked OK, just not quite "right".

Oh, that's a familiar one. I'll try to catch up the two weeks this week - by Saturday, since I'm not finished with the July block. Ugh!
