No brainer this week -- I do like how Sharon outlined her lace and filled in with satin stitch. If you read her narrative, she said this is about the end of the basic stitches. You've been warned! ha!
Bring it on ;-D Seriously, it will be a challenge to learn new stitches every week, but that is why I got into this. Sharon's lace does look great.
I suppose outline is okay, too, since it's just whether the thread is over or under.
My guess is either is fine.
I sure like "over and under" better than "right and left"!

Stem stitch has suddenly taken on a whole new meaning!
