A mellow yellow is nice, but some shades are too mustardy for me. Sunflowers make me smile and yellow daisies are happy flowers. I think it depends.Love a lemon yellow.
Some yellows I love and some are too acidic for me, Mom always said I looked sickly in yellow as a baby, lol.Your CQ piece however looks wonderful!
I vote with Suz and Angela; I like pale yellows but not the egg yolk kind. Yellow sure pops on a quilt! Your block is beautiful!
I really like how all of hte yellows work together.
I agree that some mustardy yellows can be a bit drab.Love the bright yellows and pale yellows though.
I'm amazed how much I like the yellow. I like the seam that goes straight up through the middle a LOT.
