Carolynn --pistil stitch

You all have been so creatively busy!  I have just a few practice stitches and a few pistil stars on a Christmas   table topper I've been working on off and on.

And by the way. . . I take ALL my pictures with my phone camera! Someday I will need to learn to download pictures from the "real" camera; until then, it's the phone for me!

Perfect stitches for a Christmas piece. I need to remember that when I get back to mine. We did pistil stitches in the Stitch 12 group, remember?

I use my digital camera for my blog but any other time, it's my Iphone camera. I don't like lugging around a camera.

P.S. How was the little baby wallhanging received? Joyfully, I bet!

Love your pistil stitch "playtime" variations Carolynn, and those stars on your Christmas table topper are a great addition.

I am the exact opposite of you with the camera thingy. I cannot get the photos off my phone camera :(
It's a breeze with the digital camera tho, lol.
Sad thing is I've got some photos on the phone camera of hubby's appendectomy 3yrs ago, and I'd really love to get them uploaded to my computer to show him how awful he is as a patient.

I love your seam embellishments on the Christmas block, they fit the theme so nicely.

I email my phone photos to myself, then, on the standard computer in our den, copy and save them from the email to the pictures files. (We have all of our pictures--family, vacation, scans, etc., on the deb computer hard drive.) On trips, I've also used the laptop computer for this. Haven't tried it with the ipad, but it should be doable.
If your phone allows you to email photos, you're in business!
