No, I didn't do this one. That is the edge of a linen handkerchief I bought. It was damaged on one section, so it wasn't expensive, but I loved the green and the edging. I managed to get the damage into the seam line, so I haven't lost any of the handkerchief!
I really think old linens need to come out of the drawers and be used and enjoyed again. Good for you!
The row of detached chain stitches create an optical illusion, they seem to stand proud of the fabric. Reminds me of Debra's CSQ with the rows horizontal instead of vertical. Your flower spray is very pretty with lovely neat stems - Sassa Lynne threads?
I really like all of these. You did a nice job on them.
A fabulous show of stitching Susan. Just love that crocheted handkerchief edging, such a lovely colour too.
Love the flower trio in the bottom pic. You get your stem stitch so neat too. Mine always looks rather ragged.
