I have yet to try Chevron like this but I definitely want to!
Very nice stitching Deborah!
Wouldn't this be a pretty edging for a blouse! Love the color choices too.
It was fun & satisfying to stitch.
I thought that too, or a band across an apron or skirt? Lots of possibilities.
Thank you, Jane!
Very nice combination of colors and very precise stitching.
I really like the overlapping diamond effect in the two colours.I might have to 'pinch' this from you Deborah!!! It's inspirational.
I like the two colors overlapping. That's one I didn't imagine. I can see it on a block with beads or French knots up and down, and then my mind is playing with other embellishments for on the "platforms" and in the "ditches."
I like the stacked chevron and the diamonds. It's very effective the way you've stitched it.
Thank you Barbara.
Please do. I'm sure I pinched it from someone. ;-)
Maybe a bead in the diamonds created by the two rows of stitches, or a bugle (think that's correct) on the middle bars. Lots of possibilities.
I loved the way the rows fit together , seemed a very natural application of the stitch. Thanks!
I like the overlap with the variegated thread! I'm going to try this one!
