Susan: TAST 2: Buttonhole

I have more I want to try tomorrow, but this is where I am after yesterday.

I found it much more difficult to do them close together.

Is that Sassa Lynne perle? Love that stuff! I like your fans, especially the one with the loops on the bottom...also the waves. Doesn't look to me like you had trouble with stitching close!

It is Sassa Lynne, for the most part - leftovers from seams on the block. =) The light blue is Caron Impressions - 50-50 wool and silk, another favorite thread.

Ha! I just ordered some Sassa Lynne! Nice to see how beautiful it looks when stitched.

Sassa Lynne? Hmm.. I have not tried that thread yet! I do like Caron Impressions, though!
I particularly like the look you got with the wave pattern and with the triangles.

I just bought some more Sassa Lynne, and really like working with it. Your buttonhole stitch variations look so neat, tidy and even, and I think it's better to not have them crowded, as one can see the individual stitches more clearly. Very nice!
