Then I decided to do some with pastels to give me some variety.
I think this will keep me from getting bored. I just loved all the fabric I was able to collect and the idea of a black & white Marilyn Monroe-themed quilt was too irresistible.
I laughed when I read your post title - I've been feeling the same way and don't have a block to stitch yet! I really like the black and white blocks, but all of them look good. Looks like it's black and white and pink! What size blocks?

You could do the B&W blocks in the middle and surround them with the print blocks. I like the print blocks a lot!

They're 8" as required by the CJQP this year.
Debra: Yes but I'm making one for each daughter. :-)
OH WOW.. WOW.. WOW
How gorgeous are they. Loving this.
I think they look fabulous! How many daughters?
I love both sets. The B&W are classic, and the pinks are fun and playful.
Love your blocks and love Marilyn.
I love your pallet for this project. Marilyn has always been an interest, and I think this is a GREAT way to honor her!
Suz: two daughters. They both love Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn. I guess Audrey is next to be immortalized in a CQ. ;-)
Then they'll both really love these!
I thought one daughter was getting the red CQ.
Very lucky daughters, I'd say!
