No CQ this week, but I did finish this top for American Heroes:
I also have this one almost finished. It would be done, except I sewed the two halves together on the wrong sides. Have to take it out and sew it correctly:
I also managed a couple of these:

I don't think I understand the reason for unstitching the shadow block wallhanging. It looks great as you have it stitched now.
That's not stitched - or the rows aren't stitched. When I stitched the top and bottom halves together, the top is upside down. =)
Oooh, you did what I've been doing all too frequently here lately. Good luck on frog-stitching!
The American Heroes quilt is wonderful, bright and cheerful. the hexies are adorable, such good placement of the designs. I guess I don't see anything wrong with the shadow piece either, did you already unstitch it then take the photo?
A lovely weeks worth of stitching Susan. I'm a sucker for hexies and love your fussy-cut hexies.
Great job with the AH quilt top, and the shadow quilt. You have had a productive week.
The picture is 5 rows in which blocks were sewn together and then laid out the way they needed to go together. This is from the day before I started to sew the rows and made the big mistake. I will work on fixing it tomorrow and it will look like this again, only sewn together.
Ooops!
Those needles have been humming! I LOVE the shadow quilt, the AH quilt is great, and your hexies are so cute!
Love the AH quilt! And the other one plus the hexies. You've been busy!
la-la-la---sticking my fingers in my ears. Don't wanna see HEXAGONS...omg. I LOVE THEM! lol Yup, hopeless. When I need to take something apart, that I've done wrong - I'm very prone to repeating the same mistake, what's up with that? Stick to it! You've gotten lots done this week!
Yes, those hexies are very inspiring! A big hand pieced project sounds like a lovely idea.
