Well, our move is on the 11th, and there's still running around and more packing to do. Yet, there have been quiet moments at tea breaks during the day, and some time in the evenings to stitch.
In spite of good intentions, I've not made any progress on my July block, and shall have to play a little catch-up later.
a bazillion bullions were added here and there
lots of buttonhole lace, too
and french knots
organza ribbon .....
and lace flowers on top
auditioning lace strips for the sides....hmmmm...I think they'll stay.
Maybe some more buttonhole lace....
what do you think?
Happy Stitching!
Hugs from Suz

Anything you decide will be superb!
I really like this piece, especially the 'frame' of red & white fabric and bullions.
This is so pretty, Suz. I love the touches of red and the way you've stitched over them. Good luck with your move!
I hope all goes well for your move. It can be a very stressful time so you are doing the right thing relaxing with your sewing at night. Buttonhole lace always looks great on your cloths.
Very pretty, floral and lacy, nice combination. I have no idea what to suggest for more, so you just take it away! Looks like a busy month for you, so enjoy those quiet moments of stitching time while you can.
