Okay, you caught me. I'm behind. I just made the March block yesterday, Monday. I like it, though, and have lots of plans for it. I think I'll be caught up before April 1. No foolin'.
It won't be lace. =) My problem was narrowing down the number of silkies. Some are cute children, and some are more serious, but I wanted a cross-section. There were about 200 from which to choose!
I like the colour scheme on this block. Good job you had an extra couple of days to get this block made for this week's post, lol. I just wish there were a couple more days to every week though..
If I'd had to, I'd have done it earlier. =) Really, it doesn't matter how much time I have, things take forever. Might help if I had fewer *things* going on!

I'll be interested to see what you do with those white spaces. My bet is it won't be lace!
I like the linear pieces. They enhance your silky very nicely, picking up all the colours. Looking forward to seeing your embellishments.

This one is sooooo cute! Can't wait to see what embellishing you do.
That little girl is so cute!!!! I would be hard pressed to choose one if I had 200 silkies to choose from.
