Once I dealt with the bajillion loose ends on the Monster sweater and sewed on the last button, I finally had time to pay some attention to Sue, who's been sulking ever since the end of the year when I stashed her away for a while. So, without further ado, here they are, all 12 blocks waiting patiently to be sashed:
And here's the little monster that's been keeping me busy. Please note that I did do a tiny bit of embroidery on same monster. It was supposed to have a wide, toothy grin, but I could not deal
with any more loose ends. I hope it fits!
This week should see some time for some stitching. Yay!

Well, what a year Sue's had and she still managed to look like a little princess. Great reveal and so looking forward to seeing all her escapades well documented!
That sweater is adorable. Your blocks look nice together too. It will be fun to see them all stitched together.
Well, for starters, I want that Monster sweater! Is that cute or what?
Your Sunbonnet Sue quilt is going to be a monster too! *wink*
Good luck! Feel free to show layouts if you need help making decisions.
Sunbonnet Sue is on my favorite pattern! I really love what you have done it is really cool. I have some of the printed Umbrella Ladies started never gave it a thought to do extra embellishment like you have, gives me an idea! Thanks for the eye candy.
Love the sweater as well, someone will enjoy it I am sure.

Gorgeous Sue's. Such pretty colours.
Now I can see them all together I remember the joy of seeing your reveals of each one each month, lol.
The 'monster' jumper is so, so cute. Sure going to make a lot of smiles for whoever wears it.
I don't think Judy thought to add the extra embroidery either! But, once she got into this group we slowly brainwashed her, er, changed her mind!
It's been a treat to see Sue each week and then the final month's Reveal.
Judy, have you tried to get the blue out yet? Be sure and report what you find out.
Sorry to be so quiet today! First it was the big game with the sad ending, and then it was Max's birthday celebration. I'm pleased to report that the Monster sweater fits with room to grow. I've found my next stitching projects and will get busy sewing Sue together......
Will let you know...that's one of my projects for the coming week. I sure hope so! My sis says it does, so we'll see. Keep your fingers crossed, OK?
What a wonderful collection of Sue's year. Love the monster sweater, how cute!
Just great. I love it.
Sue is looking sooo good! I'm looking forward to seeing the SBS quilt all finished.
I LOVE the monster sweater!!
The sweater is cute as anything, and I know it will be loved! The Sue blocks look wonderful together - I clicked to make them as large as I could and I just love them.
Thanks!
