As you can see if you read through Sharon's blog post, she is changing the format of TAST by numbering the stitches instead of the weeks. I'll continue to name them by the week here & list them in the pages above.
I do have a place for "neat litte leaves" and may just give the stitch a go. Wishing you and your friends an absolutely wonderful time at the quilt show and will look forward to hearing your tales.
I really like t he picot stitch! It takes some time to do, but it's just weaving, so it's not difficult. It makes your stitches 3-dimensional. Off to stitch.
Personally, I LOVE this stitch. I used it in my Rock Pool project. Once you get into the rhythm of the needle-weaving I find it so relaxing to do. And this is just the stitch I need for leaves on the "brightly coloured & highly textured" cushion that I'm making to give my mum. I'm happy.
I haven't tried this yet, but it looks cool! I've been working on an area of stitching that is using many of these textured stitches--this one will go right in there! Picture will come next Monday!

Reminds me of drizzle....only harder.
Me too, doesn't look very neat and tidy!
I think I am skipping this stitch. I am just now finishing my block for the Reveal so I can leave tomorrow guiltfree to enjoy the quilt show.

Off to stitch.
Reminds me of a stitch I'm not likely to ever use.
